“ Tried several dishes and all were great. The uovo raviolo was delicious as were the other two pasta dishes. The appetizers were unique like the fried gnoccho, I didnt expect fried dough with sliced meats on top but non the less it was one of the best dishes. We had the ribeye and three of us shared it. It was served family style and cooked beautifully. Olive oil cake was a must try to finish off the meal. The service was very good as you would expect from a high end restaurant and the decor was simple but thats adds to the comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant. ”
“ 100 worth the hype. My husband and I have been trying to make a reservation at Rezdora for about a year now, and it was 100 worth it. Have been to Italy 4x and this place is a true representation of what a meal in Italy would be. Truly delicious!! We ordered 3 pastas to share, the ravioli, pasta with ragu, and the lobster pasta with basil. For our second course we ordered the fish and the steak, both 1010! Quality, taste and variety is amazing. Service was great and the dessert was absolutely delicious! Low key cool atmosphere, ”

For the pasta course, the Gramigna Giallo e Verde was a true highlight. The pasta boasted a firm, satisfying texturecooked al dente to perfectionpaired with a rich, wellbalanced ragu sauce that was deeply flavorful without overpowering the dish. The entree, a panseared striped bass, was equally impressive. The fish was beautifully seared with a tender, flaky interior, demonstrating both precision and restraint in its preparation. “ Booked this one in advanceits apparently tough to get a table. When we arrived, they took our coats, which was key because the space is super tight and the tables are really close together. For starters, we had the gnoco fritto and the Mortazzaa warm focaccia with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios on top. Honestly, so good. For mains, we tried two pastas the green one with pesto and the nocciola. Both were perfectly cooked al dente, but I think we shouldve gone for the truffle raviolone or their version of carbonara instead. Portions were smallstarters are generous, but the pastas and meats are tiny. The idea is to order several dishes, I guess. For dessert, we had the hazelnut and chocolate cake, which was delicious. Overall, it was a nice experiencenot mindblowing, but we had a great time. Oh, and the cocktails and wine were good! ”
“ A warm, rustic ambiance, with its exposed brick and soft, inviting lighting, creates an intimate and lively atmosphere as you walk in to this rather tiny Italian restaurant. On a very cold evening, we were seated close to the entrance door, and it felt pretty chilly inside! That didnt stop us from ordering a couple of things off their menu as suggested by Santiago, which included a rather salty FettUnta 10, Burrata Reale 29, Cacio E Pepe In Emilia 15, Grandma Walking Through Forest In Emilia 28, and their signature pasta Uovo Raviolo Di Nino Bergese 42. The best dish though was the Tagliolini Al Ragu 26 packed with flavor and perhaps the second best thing that came from Modena! Go here for the unique taste each pasta has to offer, and certainly not for the portion sizes! Service was excellent, noise levels on the average end. ”

“ A wonderful pasta forward restaurant thats one of the better ones in nyc. Had the vegetarian pasta tasting menu. All five courses were delicious. The gnocchi in a tomato based sauce was my favorite. Also a truffle gnuddi was amazing. The cacio E peppe salad was also excellent. One of the best tiramisu Ive ever had and delicious Gelato. Service is outstanding. ”
“ The vibes and the food here were immaculate. Started off with the Parmigiano tasting and the Gnocco Fritto. Great start to the meal as we went on to do the regional pasta tasting. After that, we did the Cow Grazing in Emiglia Romana, followed up with some gelato. I tasted flavors I never knew existed, which is what I expect when going to a place with a Michelin star. All of my pasta dishes were perfectly done, and the time between servings wasnt too quick, or too long. The service was fantastic, and I left completely satisfied, but sad that it was over. I had seen some questionable reviews on Google and on TikTok, and people are entitled to their opinions, but my experience was 100 positive. ”
